Terms & Studio Etiquette
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will incur the full session fee.
• Payment: All payments are made in person at the time of your appointment via our iZettle card reader.
• Privacy & Respect: Kindly switch your mobile phone to silent before entering the Bodyrefine private studio to respect the privacy of other clients and therapists at the Carmenta Medical & Wellbeing Centre.
• Arrival & Facilities: Arrive ready for your session. Coat storage is available; bags may be brought into the studio. Toilets are on-site.
• Food & Drink: Only water or energy drinks are permitted in the studio/treatment room.
• Children & Babies: Due to space and privacy considerations, we cannot accommodate children or babies. Please arrange childcare before your appointment.
• Belongings: Bodyrefine is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
• Treatment Effectiveness: Outcomes depend on individual assessment and your adherence to the guidance provided during and between sessions.
